Short story is I have 60lb Siemens injectors running at the factory setting of 53psi with no vacuum on the regulator. I have the aem 320lph pump and zzp rails.

Currently running e85 and my 2.55" pulley I noticed my injectors were at 91% at wot. Running 10.5 - 11.5 at wide open depending on the blend the pump gives me.

Anyone foresee any major issues with me cranking the fuel pressure up to avoid having to buy new injectors? Other people run these injectors up to almost 90psi under boost with no major issues. Apparently they flow 85lbs at 87psi. My fuel pump is also up for the abuse. Im just wondering about the stock fuel lines. They probably have never seen more then 70psi. I was also slightly concerned with the pcm not being able to pulse them fast enough at idle but people run 80lbers on gas with no issues so *shrugs*

If you didnt gather already I have an adjustable fuel lab boost referenced regulator.

Thats how you set the pressure. The line gets hooked back up before you drive.
