So I ordered a fsic from wbodystore over Black Friday and I just received it yesterday. What I've noticed by comparing to others that just got theirs is that it's different and resembles a zzp core. The one I have doesn't have the sides milled out and grooved like machinegunsquid's and this guy Clint. Mine resembles the zzp one with straight sides. I don't have a scale to where I can weigh it since wbs is 12.x lbs and zzp is 10.8 lbs or something.
So where is the pcv functioning valves located and what should I be looking for? Since zzp has the front pcv valve and wbs requires a valve cover breather?
What I got:
notice the hole, for pcv so no breather?
Machinegunsquids core:
WBS(left) vs. Zzp(right)
The only difference is the milled(curved) edges and that hole by the half moon. And mine has that hole which is for the pcv? Also, makes me think I received the zzp core (which I'd have no complaints) what do you guys think? I really need to weigh this thing, maybe I'll grab my neighbors scale.
also here is the thread comparing the two for those wondering.
