Unless you're modifying the car, there is no need for any extra gauges.

My aero wasn't very good. No display in the heat, no display in the cold.

AEM Wideband will drift as the sensor ages, and there is no way to recalibrate it.

Get an NTK AFX if you want a good one.

Leaving a WB in all the time is only something you'd really need with a more radical car or tune.

If the tune is pretty stock, which for any typical "bolt on" setup it is, then your fuel should be pretty solid. Any fuel issues will be mechanical issues, not tune related. The PCM will let you know via fuel trims if you have a vacuum leak. WB won't tell you your fuel pump can't keep up at WOT, but a fuel pressure gauge will. No point in investing in one unless again, serious build or you're suspecting the fuel pump is failing.

A wideband o2 gauge is a good idea for basically any car that will be modded any.

an Aeroforce Interceptor is a scan gauge that can read almost every parameter in the ECM.

Boost guages are neato. Take your pick of what brand.

I personally like to have an oil pressure gauge, but it's entirely up to you as to what gauges you'd want.

If you're modding, the wideband because you want to know if you're going lean and can back off the throttle and maybe save your engine. I like the boost gauge cause it tells you more accurately what's happening vac/boost than the dummy boost in DIC. Oil pressure is ok, but if you see it drop to zero and are at high rev, by the time you react, stop and kill engine the damage will already be done. If you're lucky you're at a stop light and can kill engine and save any damage. Aeroforce Interceptor is the gauge everyone swears by because it reads the PCM and you set it what you want it to display, can display multiple readings. Personally, I have wideband, vac/boost & volt gauge until I install my oil gauge and use Bluetooth OBDII adapter with Android app for reading KR when just cruising. You can wait and watch the sale threads here and pick up used gauges 1/2 price, or get them new anywhere auto parts are sold. Try the vendors listed here, ZZP, Wbody store, summit racing, etc. : )
