So I just installed my 3.4inch pulley on my car that has headers, al104s, and FWI. I drove it yesterday untuned and got 2* of KR at WOT. I installed my 97 Pcm from Reptile (and swapped the knock module so no need for a case relearn) I now have 5* of knock. Do I need to drive it normal longer or should I be looking for a parameter on my scan gauge to see if something is wrong. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Swapped knock module? New sensors may be overtorqued (or undertorqued). IIRC make sure they're at 14 ft/lbs.

2004 Buick LeSabre 172k - Top Swapped, 3.5 pulley, 1.9 rockers, SLP headers... still slow...

This is like the second thread of the same topic in the past two weeks.

Reality, stock tune is that great. GM calibration knew what they were doing.
