Oh, I just figured maybe some people here had experience with these specific head gaskets in the past.

    Nice work.

Also thinking I should coat them in copper spray. That's what ZZP says.

don't worry about the spray, just make sure the deck on your cylinder head is straight and not marked up.

a freshly shaved head will seal better then a 3 thou warp and some sealent

this is off the cometic web site

    http://www.cometic.com/technical.aspx

Why does Cometic recommend MLS gaskets to be installed dry?

Cometic Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gaskets go on dry because they are coated with a sealant. Each MLS head gasket is coated with a .001" thick Viton rubber that is bonded to the outer stainless steel layers. Adding an additional sealer can hinder the performance of an MLS head gasket.

zzp doesn't know what they are talkin about sometimes, don't allways believe what a vendor says

Left and right gaskets are different for proper water flow in the block. The difference is the diameter for coolant flow.

Intense and ZZP both use copper spray.

I copper spray all HG's. IT's overkill on the Felpro's but hell.. I've yet to have one leak.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
