if your goosing the gas pedal, on and off real fast in a low gear your feeling the engine and trany trying to roll over under the hood. your mounts are probably in bad shape as well as the dog bone mounts. if you flip the bushings for the dog bones it makes the engine a bit tighter.

I already changed the dog bone mounts with polyurethane and yes that's what they feel like the only time I feel it is when the hear is in "1" or "2" at low rpms and not high im guessing it wouldn't hurt to change the mounts anyways since the car is used

Napa has mounts that claim to be a solid rubber mount, I've heard they're like oem but I don't know for sure. You didn't post what car you have so I can't get part #'s. When I look up engine mounts for my car on advance's page, they show the hydraulic looking mount, but when they hand you the part it looks like the solid rubber mount.

They say solid rubber mounts look like this:

And hydraulic mounts look like this:

2002 Grand Prix GT N/A 127k - Same as 06 Plus: Trans Cooler, DIY Aux Input, LED lighting, Suspension Upgrades, Tint, Retrofits.
    Sold.

There is a writeup on how to make your hydraulic mounts solid someplace. Iirc you drill some small holes in the rubber and drain out the fluid then refill the space with window urethane.

    no idea,

Westar EM2906S MOTOR MOUNTS Eng/trans Mount

I went to westar's web site and they gave a part no. of em2906, and em2906s, (s for solid) so with those numbers I found this site for you.

Please find out for sure if this part number is correct by cross referencing. I don't wont to be responsible for any wrong parts. The picture of the mount is not correct but youll see that when you go there (it says in the picture to). If you type in the part no. without the "s" it does show the correct pic for the hydraulic mount. So I do think this is the correct mount, and it seems to be cheaper at 28$

this one below is the hydraulic filled one
