Hey guys.....so I've had this very same mount years back and was running it in my GS for a couple of years. Eventually the mount cracked pretty bad which I didnt think it would happen being polyurethane(or at least not that quick). Weird bc my OEM tranny mounts never cracked or collapsed.

Now apparently ZZP tranny poly mounts are known to crack, so even though they're 5x stronger than stock are they really worth it?

Strength is one thing but longevity is another, the price of their mount is just to expensive to have to keep replacing every time theres a crack.

Any input about the ZZP tranny mount?????
Not your average grocery getter, but theres always at least two things on the list.... 10w-30 Castrol Titanium and Shell 91 premium mixed with a lil 100 octane racing gas......

If it cracked and went bad faster than a stock one, I'd be replacing with stock and smiling at the less vibration.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Last I checked Intense didn't make poly engine or transmission mounts.

    Intense doesn't.

ZZP is the only one that makes poly lower engine/trans mounts.

I had them. They shook the ever living crap out of everything.

I have both poly trans and poly engine lower/uppers.
There is a mild looking split halfway down one side of the trans mount, but it has always held up just fine.
Yes, they do cause some vibrations but...racecar.

If you have a spare mount for either, or downtime on your car.
Drain the oil out of your stock mounts and fill it with urethane yourself.
It'll take about a week to fully cure and that is a much cheaper alternative for the same results.

ZZP poly Trans mount actually wasnt bad at all. Didnt really cause that much of vibration but the trade off was not having as much engine movement or roll causing false KR and/or aggravating knocking noises(especially when backing up in reverse). Heres my old pics.....anymore input??? Maybe I should send mines back for new ones too, though when I originally bought it I didnt do my homework on it first. My fault....

You should get ahold of them, yes.

Mine split all the way across...from the top left stud, down to the bottom right.

So, I just flipped it around in the car and put pressure against it. Solved

Yeah, my crack was nowhere near as excessive. Get that thing refunded/replaced per ZZP.

Yeah, im waiting for a response from ZZP now. I actually put it back in a few months ago and did what you did by flipping it around so the weight would be mostly on that side of the crack. i took it out a few days later because the crack was just on my conscience everyday and i didnt think it was holding up. Honestly though, the cracked poly mount still managed to keep the motor from moving much better than the OEM trans mount could ever imagine. Still at the end of the day the crack still bothered me and ill rather be safe than sorry so I took it back out.

So for you guys that are highly moddified, What are you doing about the Transmission mount? Im sure you guys are having motor movement even on the slightest acceleration/decceleration.

I don't like the movement of the stock mounts, and won't like the vibration of poly mounts. How about solid rubber mounts like these? Opinions?

Really? They have a hydraulic mount for nearly the same price. I wonder if they got mixed up, or if they're really lying.

Thats what I thought too, but they only had the 2 solid replacements in stock, fwiw they looked different than oil filled ones ,but a quick shake revealed they were oil filled as well.
