    Just curious about the difference between the 3 Button and 5 button DIC. my 04 has the 3 button, what additional is offered with the 5 button, if anything?

    the 3 button DIC that comes standard with the base model 04+ only has trip computer and a very general oil monitoring system. The 5 button model has trans temp gauge, volt gauge, boost gague (if applicable), outside temperature gauge, compass, timer, oil % remaining, trip computers, avg speed, avg fuel economy, instant fuel economy, range, etc.

    The cars mileage is saved in the DIC, so if you switch it your miles will be wrong.

    Unless you have the new DIC programmed at a dealership.
