So i took the twin charged GTX out for a short spin. I couldnt help myself. I had to move it from my garage into my shop so i figured what the hell The turbo intercooler hadn't been installed yet, mini afc not installed. So it maxxes out the maf at less than half throttle LOL. But for the very short drive i took with it, with its new Masterpower T70, it was scary awesome. That damn turbo spools up so fast at only 1/4 throttle its just ridiculously awesome.
So i parked it back in the shop and started tearing into the fender support etc to fit the monster a2w ic core for the turbo. Removed the ZZP fmhe so i could test fit the big ass 3.5 in thick bar and plate heat exchanger im replacing it with to cool the twin intercooler cores. Just waiting on my buddy to come over and tig weld some brackets on the new stuff so i can mount em up. Also installed my PTP turbo blanket so i dont melt my maf. Pictures to come...

pic updates. Got some stuff done today... Had to play with the wiring in my subpanel to my shop... and ended up wiring the Tig welder direct to the 100amp breaker. LOL i consulted my electrician buddy first to be safe. Still a little work to do. fmhe and turbo IC are mounted. Just have to get the right fittings for the coolant lines and i ordered up a few IC piping pieces.

Pics of my buddy mike @tuningalliance.com doin work (if you have a subie, mazda or nissan see website for killer maps)

Pics of FMHE and turbo IC installed with new mounting tabs welded up!
