Could someone show me what to buy to retrofit halos for my 2007 GP?

You need projectors> The Retrofit Source.
Ballasts, bulbs, harness, halos, sealing butyl (or whatever they sell now), JB weld.....some cutting tools(aka Dremel...maybe Multitool also
