    Hey, so my 3" smooth tensioner pulley for the supercharger in my 99 GTP came apart leaving just a bearing attached to the engine. Also the 3.5" smooth idler pulley melted and the belt was in pieces
    Today I replaced the two pulleys and I have the AC Delco 6K663 serpentine belt that is supposedly the correct belt for the supercharger but I can't get it over the supercharger's pulley. I followed the service manual and the online guide that I found exactly but it just seems to be an inch or two short.
    What am I missing? Is that actually the right belt for the supercharger? I really tired myself out today trying to get that belt on!

    What size is your S/C pulley? If those tensioner pullies and or idler pulley are bigger than stock than you would need a belt bigger than the stock belt. If all the pullies are the same diameter as stock then your other problem may just be from the belt not being installed correctly. when you put the belt on, turn the motor over a couple of times without actually starting the car to help align the belt
    Not your average grocery getter, but theres always at least two things on the list.... 10w-30 Castrol Titanium and Shell 91 premium mixed with a lil 100 octane racing gas......

    Have someone give you a hand holding the tensioner loose, then work the belt on the bottom of the pulley, rotate the S/C pulley clockwise( you need 2 hands to do this) at the same time holding the belt on it to grab and fall on the pulley.

    Update: I'm an idiot
    First, having someone hold the tensioner pulley so that I could use 2 hands was the biggest help - also, putting the belt around the supercharger's pulley first and then sliding it in around the tensioner made it a 20 second job... Derp! Still not sure that it would've been that easy if my dad hadn't been around to provide an extra set of hands... ha...
