If you search the 3.1 section this comes up all the time.
Quoted from FFDP- You'll need the engine, wire harness, pcm and a few other odds and ends.
If its 97 gt youll need a 96 regal harness(with a few wire changes), if its a 97 gtp, youll need a 98-99 monte z34 harness and dp along with the driver side axle, pcm from the same car. Also if 97 gtp donor youll need to do a hybrid pass cv
I did this swap on my 96 Z34.
ok you say its a 95se. then you will need some work, as your car is not obd2 compliant. you will need a cluster from a 96+ car, adjustments to the dash harness maybe, deff will need a harness for the 3800 the 98/99 Z34-ltz harness is a perfect and may need a few minor pin changes at the c-100 connector on the fire wall. I have a zip file with the harness pinouts if you need it. the hybrid axle is only needed if you are installing a 4t65-HD out of a GTP. if the donor car is just an l36 you wont need to do that. you prob will need the axles from a 98/99 Z as well. if your looking to install headers or think you may one day want them, cut up the firewall now. you need to remove about a 12"x10" section of firewall for a downpipe to clear. you will also need different power steering lines, ac lines (maybe), and throttle cable may not work... also the trans shift cable is different but your 95se may work too.
