    I want to paint my cross members on my 2000 GP, but can't seem to get them all the way off, anybody know how to get the plastic piece out in order to take them off?IMAG0071__1357234578_174_52_173_78.jpgIMAG0075__1357234625_174_52_173_78.jpg

    with a pair of needle nose pliers, squeeze the nipple there, push down.
