There are a lot of people who have used them with mixed reviews. ZZPerformance.com, intense-racing.com, wbodystore.com are also other options to consider. I've personally dealt with the three I listed and all have been pretty good. ZZPerformance tried to rake me over the coals, but I got that situation straightened out. Also, for customer service, intense-racing.com wins out IMHO. I personally have not dealt with 3800performance.com as I found I can find many of the products elsewhere. I also tend to buy a lot of used parts...keeps the forums going.

I have and all I can say is STAY AWAY!! I am in the middle of a VISA dispute with 3800 for parts I returned and was never reimbursed for.

I personally think their pretty good, quick reliable service and shipping/delivery is fast. I Do have to admit that i once ordered some PRJ Wires and literally 2 days later a couple of boots on the spark plug end the terminals broke of while trying to change the spark plugs. those wires are great and make a a good seal but when it comes to taking the wires off it isometimes can be a bit**. Anyway, it came down to me accepting the fact that it was my fault, but when they said i still had to pay $20 a wire(only after 3 days) for each new one i needed, thats when i started to feel some type of way.
but they're still cool though....

intense has excelent cust service. I ordered springs and a chain from them black friday and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing i called just to get a status update on my order he shipped the order that same day i called and included upgraded parts from what i had actualy ordered. i personaly thought that was extremely great on their part..

Went through the same thing a while back. Took a few months to finally get my money back. Also their shipping times suck as well. I live probably an hour away from where their store is located and it always took 10 business days for stuff to get here after ordering.

I just wasn't sure if it was a legit website. THey wouldn't leave me a callback number and I never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number but they say my parts have shipped out

Good luck man...especially if you have to return something!!! He NEVER leaves a callback number...and if you try to get ahold of him through Xtreme performance..he just ignores your call. He WILL however make sure most, if not all, correspondance with him is by phone, not e-mail. That way, there's no proof of what was said....
