Today I changed my TBI (it came with new sensors), when I started it up it has a high RPM at idle 3000 in park & 1750 in drive. I checked for vac leaks but looks ok. Could the IAC be stuck open?

Your tb you mean? Did you change your gasket? what motor?

Year of car, motor, what year did the new throttle body come from etc etc.
