What else do i need to do in order to install? Will i need a tune to regulate air/fuel ratios?
This will be one of the first mods to the car in order to run a 3.4 set up.

shouldn't need anything else other than new manifold gaskets. Will not need to tune for headers/dp

I have the ceramic coated pacesetters, was an easy install, still look like they did when i installed them almost a year ago, they have one of the largest diameter available, (better flow) etc... Don't listen to the bull, but they're not the cheapest. I used the stainless step clamps and was a breeze to install but moat swear by having them welded, your choice.

How much change in power and loudness of the exhaust did you notice with the headers and 3'DP?

Pretty much. Read around the pcm forums... ZZP pcm's have destroyed many cars. their other products are good, but not pcm.
