I was just curious on how long i should wait to put a open cone setup in my 98 gtp after getting a rebuilt engine put in.
I don't have it back yet but i don't want to mess up breaking in the engine buy adding a open cone to it.

The only thing that needs broken in is the rings.
And break it in HARD.

Like 0-60 every stop sign or like what i heard easy on it for 200 miles only go below 50 and then after 500 miles go up to 80 intill 1-2k?

If you drive it too easy the rings will never seat.
Read that. Also google Hard engine break in.
