i bought my car not too long ago and i realize when i turn on speed my car is over steering and lock.
i mean like its almost drifting (especially when it was raining today)

    is it normal?
maybe previous owner made it this way?
    is it dangerous?

    I would love oversteer lol

    Autos understeer typically.

I would get your suspension looked at for sure though

A cars transmission has nothing to do with under steer or over steer. Front wheel drive and how the car is set up does.

The not being able to downshift around corners causes some understeer. At least that's what mass media has led me to believe

I used to get crazy oversteer in my focus because i had a big rear sway bar and stock front. The gtp just handles like **** pretty much but i'd check over your sway bar end links.
