My HUD sometimes will turn off automatically while the switch is still on..it will eventually come back on. It just cuts off and it does this all the time. Is there anyway I can fix it?

I tried the hud fix I was told to do where you resoldier and it didnt fix anything. My hud still cuts off and on about every minute or so. It will go blank completely and then come back on and keep doing that. Any other ideas?

Don't want to sound like an ass, but you probably didn't reflow the solder correctly.

I'd take it back out, and flow the solder again, making sure it's totally liquid.

One problem, one thread, ....you've been merged. Thanks for playing.

Pull it back apart and flow the solder. You didn't do anything the first time and likely couldn't see if there are traces on both sides of the pcb or not. I forget if there are...however I don't look for a cold solder joint either. I've learned that you pull out hud, reflow solder, reinstall, then smile.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
