    Needing to do a tune up to my car wandering what your doin to yours what do you recommend replacing and what brands are the best any input helps

    04 grand prix gt with 92000 miles haven't had it long not sure what scheduled maintenance has been done besides oil and filter and fuel filter

    Ok then.

    Plugs (iridium or copper stock replacement, just not bosch)
    Wires I prefer Autolite etc since they are lifetime replacement
    Clean the TB
    Clean the MAF

    That should do it. Unless your coolant needs to be maintained. Then I'd flush it and refill with anycolor.

    Sounds good I was wandering what brands work best with these cars so that's what I needed to know

    For the most part, any of the brands will work well. Bosch O2's and spark plugs seem to cause issues, so stay away from them. Otherwise..a quality and or lifetime part is always nice.

    92k too early for transmission fluid and filter change? Just a thought..
    02 GT - HV3, 3800 Perf. Tuned, Plog, ER rockers, DP w/Magnaflow, CAI, 180* stat, Plugs/Wires, Poly Uppers, Driver mod.....

    FWIW any car I own gets the tranny serviced every 75K, and for the first fluid change I don't go past 30k-50k. The fact is you can do a dozen fuild changes for the cost of one tranny replacement.
