Ok, my blower motor has been going in and out for a month now. I already took it to my mechanic for a different issue, and they let me know that the blower motor was shorting out at its connector and needed to be replaced. Today, my wife took the car to school. When she was going to pull out of the parking space, she she turned the key. The blower and A/C came on, and when she tried to pull out, the steering locked up on her. She put it in P and turned it off. Restart and the Blower goes out, but steering is fine. I'm just hoping that this is not a bigger issue than just the blower motor. Any help would be wonderful. I was wondering if the blower motor will come on if the key is turned, but engine does not start? Thanks!
