i know these are typical on these cars. mine is the 2 door coupe and the passenger window motor quit a few years back well i bought a new one and put it in and apparently my dad took the switch out so no one rolled the window down and got it stuck well with the driver side switch it wont let me roll the window down. so do i need to get that switch in order for it to work or is there something else? ive already checked the fuses so let me know because i have no ac and that car is really hot being solid black in this ga heat

sometimes you can pull the window up by hand, not the best thing to do, but if it gets ur window up its worth a try. Your driver switch should roll it down if you have a new motor in it. Take off the driver side switch and clean the contacts make sure it not dirty. If all those fail prolly have to buy a new switch. I just bought one a month ago for 11 bux on ebay, so there pretty cheap.

You need the passenger switch plugged in for it to work. It completes the circuit to the window motor.
