hey guys is it bad to chop your mufflers off and put straight pipes there on stock exhaust on a gtp besides it sounding terrible! is it bad for engine like back pressure wise or anything? sorry its dumb just have to clarify.

Thats how my grand prix is right now. Its not bad for the car and in my opinion I think it sounds amazing, only thing is in the morning if you are tired driving somewhere you will be wanting to basically kill yourself with how loud it is

yeah i mines stock exhaust i kinda wanna put some thrush welded on there i get them super cheap threw work so worth. a shot

Dynomax Super Turbo's and whatever tips you want.

Seriously.

Just because they are cheap doesn't mean they are good.

Take care of the problems first, like the crappy manifolds, the small diameter downpipe, and the restrictive u-bend.

well there not really that cheap and i get everything at stores cost.. gotta love working at a auto parts store

im just throwing ideas out of my head now if it was a v8 id have it all done and sound amazing but this is my first car that isnt a v8... i can get a bolt indown pipe magnaflow threw work with u bend and o2 bung for a 100 bucks same a zzp without there high performance little zzp badge.. btw if anyone has any sbc questions i may be the guy.
