    I took off my heads for a bottome end minor rebuil.... My question is with all the valves and springs and what not still assembled in my head whats a good way to clean out all the gunk? Can i get in there with simple green a toothbrush and brake cleaner will that harm anything? Thanks

    if you have your heads off, i would take them to a shop and have them hot tanked and checked out. maybe even rebuilt if you have a higher mileage.

    or engine de greaser and a pressure washer will work too.
