    I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it.

    I assume because it's one of the automatic day/night rearviews and someone tried to clean it with glass cleaner it has this "permanent fog" to it, which makes it hard to see.

    I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but if you have any help would be nice.

    I'll try and grab some pics later.

    If its an autodim mirror it's time for a replacement. They tend to do that afterwhile. You can ask in the for wanted section to see if someone is selling one.

    Mine did that, but only after the fluid inside leaked out. Haven't found the need to replace it yet.

    You can pull it apart and clean out the remainder of the fluid and put it back together and it'll be fine just no autodim.
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    thats what i did, i still have a slight haze of a ring left, but its doable. i never use the dimmer anyway. auto or manual.

    I don't have a rearvuew installed as the Chevy mirrors sucked and I got a new windshield
