I'd take them apart and put them back together. Make sure everythings on right. Maybe the clip that holds the pads in is broken
Did you grease up the slides and where the pads sit when you did the brakes?
Yes.
so this noise is after you did the brakes, or just started to happen?
i'd take it apart and recheck everything, could be a cracked pad or something. either way.
It happened about 1 month after I did the brakes.
yeah open them up, see whats going on in there, thats not healthy sounding at all.
if your getting a pull to one side or another when you hit the brakes and let the wheel go, but it goes straight when you are not on the brakes, you would defiantly have a problem.
Any ideas?

Yes.
I've replaced both hubs and I'm thinking it might be the rotors. Any ideas?
It's possible. What all have you changed thus far? I'm to lazy to go back and read it all.
Just the two front hubs. And my ABS light is on if that helps.
Didn't you put new brakes on it?
Yes. And greased the slides. The noise has gotten worse and started on the other side too
it could be the axles, you have a cv joint, its like a U joint.
any vibrations while driving?
Slightly after you get up to about 70. But I think that's just the tires.
