    I have an extra gen 3 that was on my car and the needle bearings are bad i want to replace them, no scense having a bad blower laying hear might as well fix it. anyone ever replace these? need some advice on how to remove the old ones.

    I think you have to drill and tap the holes and thread in a grease zerk and push it out with a grease gun but i could be mistaken.
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    To swap out bearings in an SC. Either follow the directions at RollingPerformance.com or see below

    Get this crap


    Drill and tap the holes wtih red in them in this pic. (Gen 3 M90)


    Thread NPT pipe in and then put nut on, and screw your grease gun into the pipe/coupler



    Squeeze until bearing pops out.


    Wipe out grease and press in new bearings.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
