hey guys, I've had my grand prix for almost a year now and its been great. i had plans to add a bunch of mods but i realized it wouldn't really get me anywhere with a naturally aspirated motor. lately I've been thinking about a top swap so I've been looking around for parts. i know what to look for but the more i get into it the more i realize it would be too much work for me. today i was browsing on zzp's website and i saw the l36 ss m90 kit. they claim it to be easier then a full top swap and pretty much just as effective. what are your guys' thoughts? I'm not looking to make my car have a billion horsepower, i just want to run boost. Have any of you bought it? are the L67 heads still required? Need your feedback! thanks for the looking!

It is a bit easier to do then a full on top swap. You keep your stock heads, you wont need L67 heads. Make sure you have some mods done first or at the same time as the swap cuz the ssm90 setups seem to have more knock. I would have done this ssm90 swap but it is more expensive parts wise doing this setup.

Top swap would be better in the long run.

Turbo would be better than both.

I would start saving for a transmission also.
