I am not trying to Rice it out, But perhaps minor visual modifications, No bodykits baha... Right now I'm getting some stares with the way It looks but I know I can make it look even better, Any suggestions?
The engine is all stock for now
    Soundmaster mufflers
    New tips
    Mullberry metallic color (purple)
    purple back inlay
    black leather interior
    Black leather Steering wheel cover
Dual halo headlights ( not installed yet )

    I was thinking aboutgetting
    New rims
    SD front air dam
    Perhaps lowered?
Front purple inlay added ( pontaic symbol )
    Purple or Black Calipers

Going for a purple/black look btw.

And yes.. I do need my tips tucked in a little bit and perhaps new hangers.

    Anymore suggestions..?
    XD

Should I go with a 15% on all but the fronts? or 5% on the back windows and 15% on the driver and passenger side?

    GTP Badges on the doors

Basically any sort of exterior mod will make it stand out more. Some sort of ram air hood would also add to the looks along with a different spoiler.

I think aftermarket lights look ridiculous on 97-03's. The only HID's that I think look good are retrofits.

You want to get it noticed?
    Donk lift kit
Chrome 26" dinner plates with spinners
chrome trim in all the doors
    stick on hood vents
    stick on port holes
    large JDM spoiler
    Body Kit
    Dual fart cans
    Famous cereal paintjob
    Mismatched tint
    Lambo doors
    Underglow
    Speakers in the bumpers

    It'd be a cross between a donk and a ricer! A donker!

Will it look good? God no.
Will it get your car noticed? Hell yes.

I agree on tint. As I said before paint the bottom of the rear bumper black and leave the inlay there. Maybe a GT badge on the grille that is paint matched like I did on mine.

I really like those rims. I would just polish those up and keep them on.

Only thing I don't like about them is the ABS on each rim, I don't know how to get rid of it :/

Rob a bank and use it as the getaway car?

Other than that, just take a look through the rides section to get some ideas. Depending on your budget you can be noticed. I would say a custom paint job using the black/purple theme you want, but maybe a different shade of purple to make it stand out.
