What about ditching the M90 and going centrifugal like a vortech? Anyone try this yet? Would be a hell of a lot more efficient!! IMO

And couple have... But how about you go price a novi out real quick, along with the support shaft. And then tell us the price you come up with. Used setup and new... Most likely used cuz, well you can't find the stuff new.

Considering I have done both of these setups MANY times, and I dont think you have done either of them.. I would say I have at least some room for an educated opinon to offer.

You cant buy an entire turbo setup in a junkyard... but you also cant just buy headers from a junkyard... In terms of headers vs turbo hotside goes... you wouldnt have much more than a $50 ebay order in for your turbo flanges vs a minimum $200 ebay order for headers.
Your opinion isn't educated... it's bias and more often than not it's wrong, meaning it's no longer an opinion, but a false statement passed off as one.

    You're a clown.

OP, if you're shooting for ~240whp, track down parts for a top swap and be smart about spending your money. Do the research necessary and look for good deals. You should be able to keep costs down and hit your goal. Spend the rest of your money on something worthwhile.

Never attack the numbers, only the person.

    That makes you win.

    Like I've said before.

A good wideband tuned, headers, stock pulley, ported blower/TB M90 car shouldn't have ANY issue making 250~ WHP and that means $500-$MAYBE750...if you can shop around.

Which would put you right in the territory of a 3.4" pullied low compression GTP.
