Could you give a little more info??

If you are asking if the 2000 motor itself can be used on a 2004 car/computer then yes it can, if the engines are the same model, like L67/L36 and L26/L32

But if you asking if the 2004 computer will work on a 2000 car, then no it will not work.

OK after checking vin #'s, don't look good, but we are trying to put 2004 L26 SFI engine into 2000 car with L36 MFI engine. Could we put 2004 computer, along with engine & tranny in 2000 car

Yes, but it would require a little bit of work.

To many things will be different, its not possilbe it my mind.

The pcm will not work with the wiring in the 2000 car. Also 04+ are DBW, 97-03 use throttle cables.

Your best bet is to take the motor as longs its a NA and swap top ends and mate it to your transmission in the 2000 car.

Or just find another L36 and 3.29 GT trans and swap them.
