I installed a pair of 2.25 magnaflows on factory dual pipes last fall and where I live it gets pretty cold in winter. What I would like to
know is, has anyone drilled holes in the end plates to drain the water out? I'm sure there must be some because the mufflers are ice cold even after driving for almost an hour

think of the air flowing past them, it cools them off.

    That would ruin the mufflers.

Why are you grabbing your exhaust anyways after driving?

i wouldn't do it but if you do drill a 1/8" hole under the inlet pipe but the seam where the factory pipes holes are i wouldn't recommend it though i personally wouldn't' put exhaust on my gp unless i had a ton of mods they get raspy.

I know what ur talking about. A small hole at the bottom either on the inlet side or outlet side depending on which way it tilts.
I never tried it but I seen some come that way

Yeah 3800s sound terrible. Sometimes stock mufflers have the little holes on the inlet side and at the bottom but don't do it. Let the sh!t come out the tail pipe and call it a day.
