What would be the new horsepower of a stock 99 GTP with a K&N Cold Air Intake and a 3.4" pulley? considering the stock gtp is 240 hp

With no other mods, I would say 250HP right until the pistons disentigrate.

185 WHP, it'll be trying to not kill the motor, thus less power with no flow mods.

That 240hp is at the crank it is about 200hp to the wheels. Put headers on your car and you will be amazed at the difference.

I wish somebody had told me this before I started modding. It's kind of frustrating when you've done so many mods and something is wrong and you have no way to tell what exactly is happening. I'm definitely getting a scangauge when I have the cash

This thread is full of lulz.

If he really trys to dyno the car with a 3.4 and nothing else, I hope it blows up.

4" CAI; colder spark plugs, 180 tstat, PCM tune, headers + Cat delete, and 3.3" pulley.

When I get the money I want a scan gauge and laptop tune. Even though the generic pcm tune i got doesn't seem to be giving me any problems I'd rather know for sure.

lmao, they're that bad? What are some of the issues people have noticed? Maybe there's something I haven't been paying attention to. I knocked a bunch of vacuum lines loose while installing the headers so I may not have noticed a problem with the tune because I was too busy dealing with that

you can either have decent or bad luck with canned tunes. for the most part people seem to have decent luck with ZZP or other canned tunes. But if something goes wrong...something bad will happen lol. as for as your supporting mod list id say its pretty good, i thought you just slapped a pulley on there LOL that woulda been bad. anyways, get a scan gauge and tuning program and try to give yourself a custom tune. or get someone who knows how to tune to help.

Iff this guy has the same ZZP tune as the other guy on here recently with 20* @ WOT and that 3.3", sounds like a good amount of knock to me.

cold air intakes arnt really doing the job unless theyre out of the engine bay like in your fender well or behind radiater.engine bays just serounded by hot air.
