I can fix it on the cheap regardless. The main thing I need to luck into is a black hood. I can get (another) new headlight from Amazon for around $55. Header panel will be the main "difficult" part to fix.

The part that is broken is plastic. I am hoping upon further inspection I can unbolt it and swap it. I just have to pull a bunch of other crap to get to it.

more than likely its just few screws holding it on.
When you sayed header panel my mind was thinking of the roof for some reason

Does anyone else dislike their neighbor with a passion? He thinks its normal to rev his crotch rocket in his driveway at 3am continuously.............
Kept me up all night so at 6am in the morning when i was leaving for class I drove over right in front of his house and laid down a pretty good patch of rubber
