gave the regal a bath, its been about a month since it last bath. also washed my friends work truck, it was right next to my car and has not been washed in a easy 3 years. i then told him to make his workers wash the truck every Friday or Saturday after work. so it can look like this all the time.
zero wax on it so the water just laid on the paint, but it shined.

Got a bunch of stuff done today. Took it to a friend's house and he compounded those awful black scuff marks from around the car.

After that we washed and waxed her properly and took care of some of the interior pieces that were in need of repair such as the broken control pad on the driver's door, and that damn carpet that kept falling down from the side of the rocker panel on the passenger side.

Got home in time to watch the Little League World Series Final.
1 - I put convoluted tubing under the hood and trunk
2 - touched up the white paint on the car
3 - painted the raised lettering and lines on the intake
4 - installed the chrome gas and brake pedels
5 - took the trunk emblems off - still have to scrape off some glue
today i changed the plugs and wires, then changed the LIM gaskets valve cover gaskets and the supercharger gasket. amazingly with 165000 miles the LIM gaskets werent leaking but it was going to happen soon because they were cracking and fell apart when i took them out.
Drove it 5.5 miles round trip to work.
Finished up my wetsand and rubbing compound ordeal. Now I'm onto the waxing tomorrow, I also reblacked out the lights with lens tint. Going to polish that up tomorrow... oh oh fascia will be black tomorrow. And I turned 215k miles today :)
That is all

Saw it for the first time in 3 days. Unlocked it to put sunglasses back in and locked it back up.

Let's see, my car had 123,000 on it when I bought it March 1, 2011. As of today I sit with around 146,500 so I have put about 23,500 on it in about 17 months.
Honestly, if I lived as close to work as you did I would probably pick up a bicycle and ride it.
