I had plans of finishing paint things on the car and finally using the PC this weekend....but uh...its supposed to be 95* and I think being outside doing that is the last thing I wanna do. Even if I went to work and used the shop, it'd still be hotter than crap.
Boooo.
Wimp
cmon woman sweat it out
I probably will just suck it up. I need to loose weight anyways, what better way to do it, right?
Prepare yourselves to see some awesomeness after the holiday :)
Dug out the old iPhone, & rumaged through it's Notebook App to find Daytona 500 decal parts numbers for ppl. Go ppl.
Crap crap crap. New tires getting installed, since the front ones were nearly bald, and only had 40,000 miles on 65,000 mile tires. Got some money back, but the also discovered a broken tire rod. And they pointed out the oil leak. And the brake fluid that needs replacing. And the leak in the upper intake.
And I'll be getting a new transmission in a few weeks!
Don't want to cut my loses now, because hopefully everything I do to fix it will be cheaper in the long run than dumping the car and getting something else. I'd rather have the devil I know than the devil I don't...
Turned over 216,000 miles today and floored it just cuz.

installed LED strips in my footwells replacing the stock bulbs.
diving home from school i was laying into it a little bit and then i had a cyl 3 misfire so once i got home i checked it out replaced a plug wire still misfiring, then i swapped to plugs with each other to see if the miss moved, it didn't. so then i check for spark, there was no spark. so i got a coil pack i had from at house and used 1 of the 3 coils and replaced it put it back together and it worked great. it was weird how it just died on me like that and the SES light was blinking.
Kind of yes to the shop part, no to auto. I work at an engineering firm as the office manager. But I get to go tinker and build stuff out in the shop and run testing in the lab. Plus side is a get to use the shop to pull car inside whenever I want. But the shop doesn't have a/c, so its warm.
