you should see out here 30 feet between you and the car in front of you man i could fit an SUV in there
The more room you leave between you and the car in front of you, the more people try and take that space away from you. I hate drivers that think only of themselves.
I avoided a rear-ender a few years ago by swerving into the left shoulder. Good thing I did because the guy behind me would have hit me. Turns out that the guy that started it stopped on the freeway off-ramp because he wasn't sure if it was the right one. Fawking idiot.
Yeah you can't leave that kind of room here in Atlanta. That is just an opportunity for some asshat to dart through your lane with no blinker while slamming on his brakes.
Bought it a "Death Shovel" as Brandon and I call it, for winter if i ever need it. Or if i have to beat up some baddies. Best 29.88 I've spent, even came with a sheath.

Its that time of year again, to switch over to the winter wheels. While doing this I snapped a wheel stud, (third time now). Costco was the last place my wheels were put on so I blame them. Took my snapped wheel stud and explained my situation, Costco will reimburse me for getting it fixed. So then I took my car to a Chevy dealership and left it with them to fix that and a faulty passenger side park brake.
Idling in drive at a red light soon after starting, it idled fine then went down to 600 or so rpms for a quick second and went back up. Did this a few times which was odd, just floored it a few times and then put in just over 14 gallons of gas for $2.98 for regular. Also got some decent bad drivers clips on the dash cam..some people don't know how to drive.
Installed a led 194 license plate light. Big improvement over the yellow color, now is a 5000k white. Slightly brighter than the old incandescent 194 as well. I could have got the high brightness 194's, but I don't need people seeing my license THAT well lol. I really like the updated look with the better color temperature.
They really do make such a difference.

In other news today I aimed my headlights down more and put the stock IAC back in and took the duralast one out. I was getting some strange cold start rpm surges. Started the car it idled maybe 1600 then dropped to 600 and the lights dimmed then shot back up to 2k stayed there for 3 seconds or so then dropped back to 600 and did that about 4 times before idling fine.
