Go about 20mph in reverse and then slam the car in drive and floor it. If it breaks something, you'll know it was weak to begin with.
^^^do it
My example of how to do a burnout was 1. to get him the most smoke. 2. Something easy on his trans (weight in the trunk) so it shifts easier into 2nd gear if you want to go that far. 3. so he doesn't have much chance of dragging his rear tires in any way. 4. Why do burnouts if you care about your tires? The only time I do burnouts is right before I head to the tire shop to get new rubber. I was just suggesting him the easiest way to get a complete burnout the first time everytime. Oil = very low traction, and I don't know about how much it tears up your tires. Again, why would you do burnouts if you're worried about your tires? I use my method to do burnouts in Aveos and Cobalts right before they go for new tires! lol. If you are worried about your tires, do your burnout on SMOOTHE FINISH CONCRETE. Lots of smoke, least tire wear. Pavement turns to ooze after it starts to heat up and exposes the small stones in it which shred your tires.
everything
yes, but i never said i would do the burnout. i just wanted to obtain the know how.
giant waste of time......that just happened
lol i mean don't get me wrong. i did do the burnout but it only lasted for about 26 seconds in a parking lot..... hella smoke.
kinda timed it..... i saw cops in the distance so i had to stop . . .
I find I go faster when I push into it instead of flooring it...
Throw slicks on then do a burnout on dry pavement, then perhaps you'll impress someone.
ill never get that 5 mins of my life back....fukkk
That makes this an absolute pointless thread! No, let's make it have a point! OK, I have access to another Chevy AVEO! I WILL do the burnout in HOLD mode. Hold mode is GMs cheapa$$ form of traction control. It locks the car in 3rd gear. Yes, 3rd gear. Even from a dead stop, it takes off in third gear! Doing the burnout on ICE is off the table. haha. I will take the best suggestion, without tearing up the car of course, and make a video and post it here. LOL!
My Cobalt does the same thing. Lamer version of Tq. Management
