they're inexpensive, reliable, easy to maintain, and will run 4ever......but most people wont believe that until they drive and own one

Hey now, besides the wheel bearings, balljoints, tie-rod ends, LIM gaskets, leaky valve cover gaskets, oil pan leaks, random engine fires, busted flexplates, Fubar'd Trannys, saggy rears, crappy window regulators, and need to knock for no reason at random these are very reliable cars...

I may have missed 1 or more things tho

Everybody knows that 3800s are one of the most reliable engines ever......but any motor would run like **** if not taken care of.

I remember at one point Saturn had the most unreliable motors, but i bet if you stayed on top of the maintainence that it could last longer than anyother motor out there....

All engines(most anyway) are built to last for a very long time......

    No one is contesting that.

The car itself falls apart around the engine.

Guy with HUD pod, aeros don't like being up there. Heat in the summer will wash it out.

Well if it does, i will send it to aeroforce so they can fix it. Its ment to go in a car, if it cant stand a little heat they need to fix that. The tint that is all around should help.

kinda like bmw. if you maintain it theyll last 200K+ but if you dont itll die out real quick. pretty much the only motors that are reliable unmaintained are older japanese 4cyls i would assume. but all motors require at least some basic maint. like an oil change lol.

They'll tell you its not meant for temps over x as per the owners manual. It works again once the temp comes down.

    The tint will help tremendously.

I tried at first but I thought it looked terrible so I just angled it and I think it looks better this way.

I've seen it done on other cars, including a local one. It would've looked better had you not done it at all.

    edit: here's an example:

Now you don't have to draw a pinstripe up the middle, that's something MPD did, but I've seen it done this way a few times minus the stripe.

Actually that doesnt look too bad. I didnt go like 2 inches above the facia. I just went like straight into it. I picked up a new set of wheels and they are gloss black so Im thinking that all the plasti dip is going to go because the wheels wont match my theme. Ill probably repaint the facias a gloss black so they match the wheels.
