I think it's a custom one-off style (could be wrong), because I've only ever seen these 3 pictures.
I saw a similar one done coming off a GTX but not sure what it was called either.
If you like them, save the pics on a flash drive or print them off in really good quality and take them to a local vinyl/sign shop and have them priced. A good shop can replicate them easily.
