    I'm stumped, 2000 GTP getting allot of kr. I have gen v, cai, 180 stat, WBS full stack intercooler, and headers running a 3.3 pulley on a zzp 1.0 tune. Ngk tr6 plugs. Temp outside is 60 degrees and everytime I start to build boost past 5psi I'm getting 5* or more kr and it seems to be getting worse. Please help

    How close are you to needing more fuel, just to rule out that out??

    Do you have a wideband gauge?

    Can you watch fuel pressure??

    If it's going lean that could do it.

    Is the exhaust/headers hitting the firewall? That will cause false knock also depending on the header setup you have.

    And yea, what FFDP said, you need to scan it and see what's going on before "chip" decides to pay you a visit.

    yours is around the right year so id also suggest checking the pcm label to confirm its hardware number ends in 0411 iirc

    twice ive come across knock lobsters that went as far as an entire new engine, to find that the "parts bin" oem pcm was the culprit after putting in the 0411 "full feature" pcm, with the exact same bin file loaded.

    followup with above suggestions but ill also add to it, confirm your plastic fuel lines have no "splice/repair" sleeves inside, these will kill fuel pressure if on the pressure line, the ID is about 1/3rd the area of the 3/8ths hose

    I don't have a wide band, all I have is a scan guage II, I'll have to check on the pcm # tonight. But could a older in line fuel filter cause low fuel psi?.

    All those mods and no wideband?

    That sounds dangerous.

    And yes a old/clogged filter will cause low fuel pressure. Getting a wideband to know what the fueling is doing is a pretty good idea, that's putting a lot of trust in the tune without one. And get a fuel pressure gauge on it while your driving, tape it to the windshield to see if it's dropping under heavy load.
