So I was looking at my car interior a little closer and I noticed one of the previous owners broke the lens for the courtesy light on the right side B pillar (I assume the light was out and the cover broke when it was taken off to replace the bulb.)

I went down to the wreckers and alas, no Grand Prix coupes. I did find some other 2 doors there (non-Pontiac) but none of them have a courtesy light, and all four door models the courtesy lights are in the rear doors... is this specific to the Grand Prix?

And of course does anyone know if I can get a replacement? Or am I SOL...

You aren't SOL, many people have spares or yards near them with them. What year car do you have?

    1997 GTP Coupe.

Looks like the 4 doors have the rear courtesy light on the door, not up high on the B-pillar.

I have a 97 coupe also. The plastic on those lenses are So brittle now, it's nearly impossible not to break the tabs off the sides.

I went to the jy got 4 lenses and now they are all broken lol. I just glued mine on with a dab of clear silicone so I can get it back off for service in the future

I figured they were pretty brittle. Unfortunately for me the lens is gone on mine. If I had the lens I could likely figure out a way to attach it. Maybe I'll post in the Wanted section.

Worse design I ever saw. I had the same problem. I found some at the junk yard. You gotta be careful pulling them off.
