you need a fuel line quick disconnect tool i have this set 4 Piece Fuel and Auto Trans Line Disconnect Tool Set

you close it over the fuel rail line, then push it into the clip, push the line in and push the tool all the way in and then pull the line off the rail.

drain the fuel pressure first or you'll take a gas bath.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Oh, and while you're there, I recommend replacing the o-rings even if they're not leaking yet. Any viton o-rings work, I think I had to buy two packs of assorted viton o-rings to find the right ones. A bit tricky to get to, but it's doable if you have a long sharp pick (just make darn sure not to poke the new o-ring and clean everything with brake clean really well.
