So i have been having an issue with water leaking onto the driver's side floor in my 04 Grand Prix so I took the cowl off in front of the windshield and noticed that it's missing the plastic cover over the driver's side windshield wiper motor. I tried calling multiple auto stores and junk yards and can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me where I would be able to find it or how I could make my own?

Cheatah. That link and that part are for 97-03 GP's for the passenger side. I believe the 04+ already came with that passenger cowl installed. Now for the drivers side, I don't think their ever was a cowl over the wiper motor, not that I'm aware of anyway. Maybe someone else can chime in. The water that's leaking in, is probably coming from a worn windshield seal.

Now, are you sure it's water and not coolant? Could be coolant. I know that sometimes you have to look really hard to notice that sheen of green in the liquid. If it's coolant, could be a leaking heater core, or heater core hoses are leaking at the fire wall, in the engine bay, and the liquid is finding its way inside. Had that happen to me! Heater core hoses were dry rotted at the ends where they connect to the heater core fittings right at the firewall.

If it's coolant, you can smell it !

Sunroof drain clogged\misrouted <front passenger kick panel, see if it's full of water>

Also could be the A/C drain that's clogged, but not this time of year...

Good points, Gregorius. If OP has a sunroof, that's starting point #1. And definitely confirm if it's water or coolant. Could still be A/C drain... sometimes you gotta run the hot air through the A/C in the winter to de-fog. Link to fix that:

Checked the sunroof and windshield cowl they drain perfectly and found no water inside the car after doing so. Also checked the a/c drain it's clean and free flowing. Body plug also seems water tight. I have no clue what to do next. When I drive I hear no wind/air coming from the windshield.

Well shyt... Sounds like the heater core might be leaking on ya. Most cases of a leaking heater core describe a puddle in the passenger area, not so much driver side. But liquid can go anywhere, so it could still be the heater core. A little harder to get to though... Not sure about the process in the 04+ GP's. In the 97-03 you have to take apart almost the entire damn interior.

Remove your radiator cap. Is the coolant all the way up the neck of the radiator? If it's low, could be coolant leaking from the core. Top it off and keep an eye on it. If the radiator is 100% full, and your still getting puddles... I don't know manhh.

Its water for sure. I get puddles like a quarter inch deep on the drivers side every time it rains hard
