    I am looking for locations on an ECM and a PCM on A 04 Grand Prix and a diagram for under driver side dash.

    the ecm and pcm should be located under the airbox. no idea where to find the diagram.

    ECM = PCM, they are both the same things.

    Trying to figure out if anything is missing under the dash because there is three wires that don't plug in to anything.

    Then they should have given you better information as to what they are talking about then.

    The PCM is the power control module that is located in the airbox, the electronic control module or the ECU as other call it is the same thing if you ask me. It controls the engine and transmission.

    The other modules in the car are the ABS module, the BCM or body control module that's normally behind the glove box somewhere and the airbag stuff.

    That car is too old to have things like FPCM and TCM for the fuel pump and transmission.

    I know from the junkyard the vcim/ on star module is under the center console trim, don't have a diagram but easy to get to. The Sirius xm module is in trunk and pcm is under air box bcm is under driver's side dash. Hope that helps some
