    Hey guys

Just pulled the trigger on a overkill PCM, anybody know if he is in some slow down? i ask because everybody rants that he takes forever to get your pcm out. I know he doesn't do it full time but a little update would be nice.

I know what you're saying, it's always really exciting waiting for a new car mod, but that's just part of doing business with Will. Everyone has that same experience.

I ordered from him like 4 or 5 years ago and it took almost 2 months to actually get the pcm. All the while hearing from him once or twice.

I would do it again though, he seems to put a lot of care into it.

Besides, even if he did answer you, what kind of response are you expecting? -"its in progress, working on it, 2-4 weeks, etc."

My best advice is try to forget about it instead of thinking about it every day, it makes it go much quicker.

After several attempts to ask him about purchasing HP Tuners from him, I got no response. I decided to tune my own now. Even being a great product, I can't give business to someone who operates like that.

I'll defend Will because when I bought my pcm from him I went in to the purchase knowing it was not his primary source of income, was a side business and knew there'd be a wait time. He was responsive, got my tune about a month later to my spec. Had a problem with it and he made reall good on it. Then years later, here I am with his BBC Cam in my engine and it ROCKS! He was communicative too asking him questions about the cam, it's specs and more.

Will is a great guy, like all of us here, a Pontiac Enthusiast that took his trial and error, his knowledge and made something from it. It's not like he has a storefront... So keep that in mind. But you get a quality product from him and he stands behind his stuff. It's all up to you, but I would buy again from him any day!

I understand that it isn't his top priority, but he really shouldn't ignore people. It isn't hard to say on his site to follow his Facebook page, and provide status there. I mean, at least confirm once someone has bought a product to let them know when to expect it.
