What is the difference of the engines?
Is it different companies, Buick/Chevy/Pontiac using their own designation for a 3.8 SC?
What year did Buick& Chevy stop using the 3.8 SC?
I'm just curious about these things.

The Chevy 3.8 was only produced 1980-1984, after that it was replaced with the 4.3. The last year of the 3.8 SC was 2007.

    L32 was a GM 3.4. L67 was a SC 3800. The 3800 used in W bodies is the "Buick" V6. L67, L32, etc are just engine codes, just like LS1, LS2, LT1, etc.

I'm sorry, I actually googled it because I can never remember the damn engine code differences off the top of my head. There was an L32 3.4, as per my post, but as for the L32 found in the 04+ Grand Prix "the main differences between the L67 and the L32 is the L32's electronic throttle control, slightly improved cylinder head design, and updated Eaton supercharger, the Generation 5 M90. Power output is up to 260 hp (194 kW) in the Grand Prix GTP"

So the Buick & Chevy never got the electronic throttle or then Gen V supercharger on a 3.8?

Correct, the buick regal and park ave still used the cable TB up untill 2004 when they stopped making those cars and the chevy monte carlo and impala still used the cable TB until 2005.
