yes but some acc holes for the W body are not used on the F and the opposite is true.
you will want to chase the hole threads with a tap or a bolt with a slot cut into it with a cutoff wheel to clean out the rust. iirc your gonna need at least an m8x1.25 and m10x1.5, swap the icm harness, but yeah aside from the filter neck (those are sae bolts iirc) and LIM/UIM your set to go.
you will want to transfer the alum F body VC over though as they are alum to handle the engine bay heat of the damn F bodies
