    does that cover over my supercharger cause heat leading to kr? should i remove it does it reduce noise?

    It does nothing but dress the motor.

    I removed it because it was in the way of seeing everything.

    Heat. Also remove the underhood insulation, if desired. It lowers noise/holds heat.

    The small amount of heat it holds in with the foam under the cover isn't something that will cause more knock. Just want to make that clear.
