3 of the 4 electric windows operate reliably. I've replaced all 4 window regulators and the master window switch.

the driver window i'm having issues with. it rolls down fine and if i wanted, i could roll it up. thing is, if i roll it down then release the button, it won't roll back up! sometimes, if the car is off and you turn the car back on, the window will roll up. when it doesn't roll up i can pop off the door panel and "hot wire" the motor to get the window to roll up.

    faulty switch?
faulty window motor? I rule this one out cause of my hot wiring test.
    faulty wiring?

    anyone else experience this?

I had a similar issue and it was a bad switch.
